Description
Golang - Getting Started course, is mainly for people who are interested in learning Go programming language basics.
Course has six modules, but actually it is split into three parts:
In a first part we will do high level overview of a go programming language, learn how Go is different from other languages and why it was created.
In modules two, three and four we will take a look into Golang basics. Such as how to define a variable, setup your local environment, define a function with multiple returns and other cool things.
In modules five and six we will use all the knowledge gained in previous modules. Will build simple CRUD application called "Coffee Shop" on module five and simple website with third party API integration in module six.
Also I just want to point out that this course is for anybody interested in learning Go programming language from scratch.
So no previous programming experience is required, but it will be beneficial if you are familiar with any other programming language.
