The program is also suitable for HR teams who have a communication remit, as well as organizational leaders seeking a deeper understanding of neuroscience for communication.The program is intellectually rigorous, but it has been designed to emphasize practice and to translate complex neuroscience into layman's terms. No neuroscience experience is required to participate.All courses are taught by Dr. Laura McHale (PsyD, CPsychol, ABC), a leadership psychologist and author of the new book Neuroscience for Organizational Communication: A Guide for Communicators and Leaders (Palgrave Macmillan, 2022). Dr. McHale is an experienced public speaker and has taught master's degree courses at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Chinese University of Hong Kong, and she has taught workshops and seminars on neuroscience and communication for the British Psychological Society, the Hong Kong Psychological Society (Division of I/O Psychology), and twice a speaker the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) World Conference. Her clients include numerous fortune 500 organizations. Some of her favorite work is teaching neuroscience to corporate communications teams.
