Description
It is inevitable that at some point in our lives that we will be held down by the troubles that life comes with, however, the resilience that is needed to surpass these troubles without getting stuck does require some deep inner work which we pretty much avoid. The truth is, that it's tough to contend with subjects from our past and heal from them. However, become the best that we can right now does need some looking into our history and learning new tools to both heal, deal and then grow from what we have learnt. This course is built to do just that, to help you see how your past may be holding you back, walking through healing, forgiveness and trusting that the future isn't based on what happened, but instead what you choose to do with it.Becoming aware of what you are holding is the first step to moving forward, but we also dive deep into your history, the people, events and circumstances that make you feel stuck where you are right now and work on finding new habits and behaviours to face the fears of reckoning with old trauma again and taking you power back from the things that fundamentally changed you.
