The attunement connects the healer to the Reiki energy, turning on the ability to channel Reiki, like switching on a light bulb- you are full of light. Reiki 1 cleanses the healer, especially the aura and chakras, and allows the healer to become a clear vessel for Reiki energy. It opens the healer to the idea of using Reiki for the good of all.Sure, without practice, you can still channel Reiki energy- you're connected to Reiki energy for life after your attunement. BUT practice will help your connection grow stronger and the strength of the Reiki you call in will improve as well.It takes 28 days to make a habit so this 30-day course is designed to give you all of the tools and routines you need to make Reiki part of your daily life. You'll get a downloadable tracking calendar too so you can document each day's practice and stay involved in the course.
