Each day you will study one of the five Yamas. The Yamas are moral restraints that focus on social and ethical behaviors, which allow you to peacefully coexist with others. Learn how to apply yoga philosophy to your physical practice, your mind-body connection, your environment, and relationships with yourself and others.This study will teach you how to:Break through limiting beliefsIdentify and transform old patterns and behaviors through journalingBuild a daily meditation practiceSchedule time to create a life of health and harmony.Each day you will need about 2 hours to devote to this study. Consider breaking the 2 hours into smaller intervals; maybe 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. Whatever works for your schedule. The most important thing is to stick with it! Even when you are too tired, busy or distracted by other things.We recommend the following daily routine:Read about the daily Yama.Practice the morning meditation.Complete the 60-minute asana video.Weave the daily Yama theme throughout your day.Practice the evening meditation.Answer the journaling questions.There will be printable PDFs with all the information that is offered digitally, which includes a daily checklist, audio meditations and a 60-minute yoga video.If you are a Yoga Alliance Member, you can apply 10 hours towards YA-CEU's.
