Slab Enhancement in Slab Design for ACI 318 and ACI 318M codes: For a given slab panel, it will consider the effect of beam and adjacent half-panel-width of slab, in the calculation to Total Panel Moment. For design, the bending moments in the middle-strip is considered because, in column-strip the beam will contribute the maximum.
